Car and motorbike parts
A broken clip, air vent mount, interior panel holder or motorbike fairing bracket — and the original is no longer available or takes weeks to arrive? We 3D print plastic car and motorbike parts from a sample — even a broken one. If needed, we scan the spot in the car so the new part fits exactly. For classic cars and retro vehicles, we restore parts that have no drawings. → 3D scanning
How it works
- Send photos with dimensions or bring the part to our workshop.
- We assess it within one working day: how to restore it, in which material and at what price.
- We rebuild the model — measuring or scanning, repairing the damage and, if needed, reinforcing the spot where the part broke.
- We make the part and, if needed, several spares.
Material matched to the load
A spare part must withstand the same conditions as the original. We choose the material accordingly:
- load and impact — carbon- or glass-fibre composites, PC, tough (ABS-like) resins;
- heat, oil, chemicals — PPS-GF, PC, ABS-PC;
- outdoor use and UV — ASA;
- flexible parts, seals, dampers — TPU.
