Custom 3D printing in Riga

We print functional parts, enclosures, prototypes and small batches from your file, a physical sample or a sketch. We use two technologies — filament printing (FDM) and resin printing — so we can choose the most suitable 3D printing solution for every part.

Two technologies

Filament printing (FDM)

For strong, functional parts that will be used in real conditions.

  • Parts up to 340 × 320 × 340 mm in one piece; larger parts in sections
  • Engineering plastics and composites with carbon or glass fibre
  • Heat- and chemical-resistant materials such as PPS-GF
  • Multi-colour printing

Resin printing

Resin 3D printing suits fine parts with a smooth surface and sharp edges.

  • Parts up to 300 × 160 × 300 mm
  • High detail: about 20 µm in-plane resolution
  • Standard, clear and tough (ABS-like) resins

What we print

  • Spare parts for equipment, appliances and mechanisms
  • Prototypes to test a product before production
  • Enclosures for electronics and devices
  • Manufacturing aids: holders, templates, jigs and fixtures
  • Production runs — from a single piece to large batches; for large batches we state the lead time in the quote
  • Mock-ups and detailed models

What we need to quote

  • A 3D file (STL, STEP, OBJ or 3MF), or
  • a photo with dimensions, a sketch or the part itself. No file? We will create the model → 3D modelling

Price

3D printing starts at €10. The price depends on part size, material, quantity and accuracy requirements. We send an exact quote within one working day. → Prices and ordering

FAQ

How accurate is 3D printing?

Accuracy depends on the technology, material and part size. If fits or tolerances matter, include them in your request and we will agree the process and settings in advance. We regularly calibrate our large FDM printers with a precision measuring system; according to the manufacturer, their motion accuracy is up to 0.05 mm. Final part accuracy also depends on the material and geometry.

How long does it take?

Simple parts are usually ready within 1–2 working days. For larger orders we state the exact lead time in the quote.

Can you print a part that withstands heat or oil?

Yes. For these jobs we use PPS-GF, PC and composites.
